Services

All scopes, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual statements of work signed between Elipact and the client.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, deliverables built for the client transfer to the client. Elipact retains rights to general tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

Liability

Our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
